This next section is devoted to the challenge that my dad did. He participated in a fitness and bodybuilding challenge. The only main rule, other than those specifying sending in updates every few weeks was that he had to use at least one supplement from the company that was sponsoring the challenge. He used 5 of them. The challenge lasted for 12 weeks. Basically, he had 12 weeks to get in shape and try to gain as much of the form of a body-builder as possible. When he started the challenge, he looked like this.

Not very good looking, eh? Oh, I should prolly mention that he was 44 when he did this challenge. Anyways, he did the 12 weeks of training. He had a trainer design a weightlifting program for him and set up diets, etc to help him. He went to the gym almost every night for those 12 weeks. You may wonder why he was so motivated. Well, the prize was a 2-week vacation in Hawaii and money. Wouldn't you be motivated to get in shape for that? So after 12 weeks, well, I'll tell you that he didn't win the prize, but we were all very very proud of him. He looked great and was in super condition. So, what did he look like? Take a look for yourself!!
